Job Posting : DZ Driver

Location : Windsor, ON

Position / Title : DZ Driver

Salary / Hourly Rate : $20-$22 / hr

Shift : 8-10 hours / day

Start Time : 8 : 00 AM – Finish

Daily Responsibilities :

  • Conduct pre-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate log documents
  • Submit daily paperwork
  • Comply with all Ministry of Transportation regulations
  • Load and unload products at each delivery location
  • Utilize a pump cart to move cargo (minimal manual lifting required)
  • Tailgate operation (lifting up to 50 lbs as needed)
  • Deliver within Michigan (Detroit area) only

Must-Have Requirements :

  • Valid Class DZ Endorsement
  • Minimum 3 years of DZ truck driving experience
  • Clean CVOR & Abstract
  • Ability to cross the border (Canada / USA)
  • Familiarity with Windsor and Detroit roads
  • Experience driving automatic trucks

    • Work Environment :

  • Drivers arrive at the warehouse, load the truck, and depart for deliveries
  • Typically 3-4 delivery stops per day
  • No long-haul trips—deliveries are within local Windsor-Detroit areas
