Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with a team of recruitment consultants to source and onboard top talent for our prestigious client.

Partner with hiring managers to confirm job requirements and skill needs, aligning recruitment strategies with the client’s organizational goals.

Conduct full recruitment cycles for external hires, including applications, resume screening, interviews, job offers, and onboarding (including medicals).

Facilitate job offers and onboarding for specialized roles, ensuring adherence to client policies and procedures.

Collaborate with external recruitment resources as required to manage workloads and ensure recruitment goals are met.

Support apprenticeship and co-op programs by facilitating internal apprenticeship selections, coordinating external apprenticeship opportunities, and representing the client at job fairs.

Complete monthly reporting on KPIs and SLAs, tracking recruitment outcomes and ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.

Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices to maintain a competitive edge in sourcing strategies.

Your Contribution :

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment resources.

Experience facilitating recruitment processes for apprenticeships and co-op programs is an asset.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a focus on transparency and delivering on commitments.

Strong analytical skills to track and report on recruitment performance metrics.

Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Competitive base salary ($55,000 - $62,500)
