Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Care is a critical role within the community ensuring that the home operates efficiently and delivers high-quality care to the residents.

You will be a welcomed member of the Long Term Care team at Fort Saskatchewan Community, working in a fast-paced environment where you will make a meaningful difference. As a Director of Care, you will lead a team of clinical professionals to build relationships with residents and their family members, offering a variety of support options and program choices that enrich their daily health and well being.
