Our insurance client is looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Variable Pay Specialist to lead a critical short-term project.
Duration : 1 month
Work model : fully remote across Canada
Must Haves :
- Expertise in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules .
- Strong configuration skills for compensation plans, including bonus calculation adjustments.
- Experience with role-based permissions (RBP) within SuccessFactors .
Nice to Have :
Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation / Variable Pay
Responsibilities :
- Lead a workshop to demo and guide the client through the configuration of the Compensation and Variable Pay modules in SuccessFactors.
- Provide expertise in configuring compensation plans, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and variable pay elements, including adjusting bonus calculations from step to interpolation.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving defects encountered during the client's testing phase.
- Ensure the client is fully equipped to manage compensation processes such as salary planning, bonus payouts, and pay-for-performance cycles.
- Collaborate with the client to ensure security and role-based permissions (RBP) are correctly set up for managing access within the modules
