The Role
of Lead HR Advisor
The Lead HR Advisor will assume responsibility for delivering expert and strategically driven HR advice to a dynamic and expanding client base, predominantly through telephone calls. This role will involve offering comprehensive guidance and solutions to clients across a broad spectrum of HR issues, ranging from routine inquiries to intricate and complex matters.
Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance on complex HR matters, including terminations, disciplinaries, and employee management issues.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients, offering strategic solutions and navigating them through intricate HR challenges with professionalism and expertise.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise and fostering client empowerment on HR best practices, compliance, and relevant legislative updates
- Lead and facilitate high-level client meetings, offering insights, recommendations, and strategic direction to address organizational HR needs and challenges.
- Provide comprehensive analysis and review of client documentation, offering tailored advice and recommendations that align with internal terms and conditions and current employment legislation.
- Take ownership of complex HR cases, managing them through to resolution while building strong client relationships and rapport.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in HR and employment legislation, actively participating in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs), striving for excellence in client service delivery and achieving first-call resolution.
- Accurately document all client interactions, advice provided, and case details in Salesforce and other relevant systems, ensuring thorough and meticulous record-keeping.
- Adhere to internal protocols and procedures for managing and escalating cases as necessary, demonstrating sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive HR matters. To be actively involved with on-going training, ensuring that personal knowledge of HR and employment legislation is kept up to date.
