JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the Quick Service Restaurant division of Ecolab Canada, we have an excellent career opportunity for a Sales Development Manager (SDM). This position will be responsible for engaging in consultative face-to-face sales and will require a dedicated focus providing comprehensive solutions to meet the needs of customers within the division.
The SDM will be responsible for driving sales by developing strategic sales plans for local competitive customers and will serve as the face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments. In addition to a laser focus on results and driving growth, a successful candidate will be customer focused with interpersonal savvy and will manage complexity in a collaborative environment and strategically partner with customers for the long-term success of our organization.

Territory : British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan. .
Overnight Travel : Up to 20%

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range :
Total compensation range is $60,000 – $67,000. This position has base salary and is eligible for incentive compensation based on performance, per plan terms.
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
