Your new role
- Manage customer accounts by driving sales growth, delivering strong customer service, and leading joint business planning, negotiations, and in‑store activation.
- Oversee account portfolios of varying size andplexity, resolve pricing, supply, and product‑related issues, and ensure distribution expansion and successful product launches.
- Leverage product, category, and consumer insights to identify opportunities, build selling presentations, and support multiple food categories.
- Conduct sales analytics to meet annual sales and profit targets, accurately forecast volume and trade spend, optimize trade investments, execute marketing and shopper programs, and evaluate customer and syndicated reports.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to support reporting, analytics,munication, and alignment across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
- Post‑secondary degree in Business Administration,merce, or a related discipline
- Bilinguism (English/French)
- 3–5+ years of experience in CPG (Food) sales or key account management
- Strong business and financial acumen, including analytics, customer P&L understanding, and trade management proficiency
- Skilled in NielsenIQ data and tools
- Proven ability to effectively manage and optimize trade spending
