Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator Full-Time | Dartmouth, NS | On-site We’re a growing  Dartmouth-based manufacturer  specializing in  build-to-print cable and wire harnesses, electromechanical enclosures, and power distribution units  for  Aerospace and Defence customers  across North America. With over  25 years in business  and consistent year-over-year growth, we’re investing heavily in our people, systems, and facilities — and we’re looking to add a strong  Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator  to our Supply Chain team.If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and material flow to support production. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, with a mix of planning, coordination, and problem-solving. Inventory & Materials

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and locations using an ERP system (Sage 300)
• Perform cycle counts and support year-end inventory counts
• Monitor raw materials, components, and finished goods
• Work with buyers to support replenishment and Kanban systems
• Identify and communicate shortages or discrepancies before they impact production
