Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator Full-Time | Dartmouth, NS | On-site We’re a growing Dartmouth-based manufacturer specializing in build-to-print cable and wire harnesses, electromechanical enclosures, and power distribution units for Aerospace and Defence customers across North America. With over 25 years in business and consistent year-over-year growth, we’re investing heavily in our people, systems, and facilities — and we’re looking to add a strong Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to our Supply Chain team.If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and material flow to support production. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, with a mix of planning, coordination, and problem-solving. Inventory & Materials
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and locations using an ERP system (Sage 300)
- Perform cycle counts and support year-end inventory counts
- Monitor raw materials, components, and finished goods
- Work with buyers to support replenishment and Kanban systems
- Identify and communicate shortages or discrepancies before they impact production
Kitting & Production Support
Coordinate and adjust kitting priorities based on production needsKeep kitting and staging areas organized and efficientDocument and maintain SOPs related to inventory, kitting, and warehouse processesSupport new equipment or system implementations as neededWarehouse Operations
Oversee receiving and shipping activities to ensure accuracy and timelinessMaintain clean, organized, and controlled warehouse areasAct as backup support for shipping and receiving when requiredInvestigate and resolve inventory or shipping discrepanciesData & Reporting
Maintain accurate BOMs, part locations, and inventory dataPrepare inventory reports and flag trends or issuesIdentify slow-moving inventory and suggest improvementsWhat We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain roles (manufacturing preferred)Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred)Experience with ERP or inventory management systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet as neededClear communicator and team playerWhat’s in It for You
