Entry Level Customer Service Administrator - Retail or fast food welcome - good English and Punjabi required!

Express Employment Professionals, Delta / Richmond, is hiring for an entry level Customer Service Administrator (good communication and computer skills) for our client company in the transportation industry located on Annacis Island of Delta, BC. This is an evaluation hire leading to long term with the right working (customer service and hard-working) attitude!

Responsibilities :

Invoicing

Computer data entry - especially in Excel

Dealing with customers and drivers on phone

Requirements :

• Customer service experience via phone and email
• Data Entry experience
• MS Office fluency, especially MS Excel
• Fluent in English; Punjabi is a strong asset to deal with drivers and internal employees

Monday to Friday, 8am to 4 : 30pm

Pay is $17.40 / hour plus 1 to 3 hours of OT per day and plus paid lunch break (if working at same time) .
