Bakery Production Associate

Bakery Production Team Member (Food Preparation) - Full Time

Reporting to the Bakery Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for supporting the Bakery Production Supervisor producing the assigned Bakery products (Bread, Cake & / or other Pastries) based on orders received, control quality, freshness, inventory and wastage.

T&T Supermarket Inc. was founded in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 36 stores across the country : 14 in BC, 7 in Alberta, 13 in Ontario, and 2 in Quebec. The Company’s continuous expansion is going to bring more new stores in the next couple of years.

Responsibilities

• Produce the correct quantity of assigned products (Bread, Cake & / or other Pastries) based on orders received.

Perform production duties as assigned for various products (Bread, Cake, Puddings & / or other Pastries), which may include but not limited to :

Qualifications

Possess knowledge and prior experience in making bakery products (Bread, Cake & / or other Pastries), including but not limited to :

Prepare various fillings such as fruits, meat, paste, custards…etc.
