Schedule : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM About the Role : CI Press Operator We are seeking an experienced CI Press Operator to join our Markham facility. This is a hands-on, production-focused role where you will operate CI press machinery, producing high-quality prints on polyethylene film using solvent-based inks. If you are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role is for you. What You’ll Do : CI Press Operator

Safely set up, operate, and monitor CI press machines (Bob’s FNK 26, Miraflex, Allstein).

Handle 6–10 color print jobs with accuracy and efficiency.

Inspect products and equipment to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime.

Maintain accurate production records and inventory levels.

Train and support machine assistants and new team members.

Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and supervision to resolve production issues.

Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE (hearing protection, safety shoes, eye protection).

What We’re Looking For : CI Press Operator

High School Diploma or GED (additional technical training preferred).

2–4 years of experience operating CI press Machines – must have experience with CI press (Bob’s FNK 26, Miraflex, Allstein the types of CI press machines)

Experience with CI press machines and 6–10 color print jobs.

Experience working with polyethylene film and solvent-based inks.

Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment & Physical Demands : CI Press Operator

Manufacturing or warehouse setting with exposure to loud noise, moving mechanical parts, hot / humid conditions, and non-toxic odors from inks.

Regular standing, walking, reaching, and handling of tools / controls.

Occasionally lift or move items up to 50 lbs.

PPE is required at all times.
