Fraser Health invites you to join an innovative and unique primary health care team located in one of Canada’s fastest growing and culturally diverse cities. This clinic is situated in the quaint downtown Cloverdale area.
We operate in a team-based care model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, clinical counsellors, allied health professionals and administrative support. You will function as an essential member of our clinical care team and will have a choice of longitudinal, urgent care or a combination of both. We aim to provide patient centered and trauma informed care to our clients and our mandate is to serve the vulnerable and medically complex in the area.

Contracted in accordance with the provincial physician master agreement.
Surrey is one of Canada’s fastest growing cities and its land mass makes it one of the largest cities in the province, equal to the size of Vancouver, Richmond and Burnaby combined. Known as the City of Parks, Surrey has over 6,000 acres of parkland and 15 golf courses and driving ranges. Also, despite rapid growth, Surrey has held onto the rural nature of its past, with about 35 per cent of its land designated as agricultural and still actively farmed.
