Job description
This posting will remain open until August 12th, 2026, or until the position has been filled.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Language: English (written and spoken) Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years preferably in a manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of papermaking is an asset.
  • Strong leadership skills and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Continuously seek opportunities for freight reduction with existing business and target new business with more competitive freight.
  • Support marketing and sales strategies by providing detailed market information to mill management, customer service, and others within the marketing group in regular reports.
  • Engage in regular communication with current and potential customers through email, phone calls, video conference and in-person visits.
  • Manage all secondary sales.
  • Provide customers with price and delivery quotations and make follow-up calls to turn inquiries into orders.
  • Provide effective order fulfillment services to ensure customers’ needs are fully met in terms of quality, service, and on-time delivery objectives.
  • Enter and maintain reliable information in the order fulfillment system.
  • Manage inventory programs, by reporting traffic / shipping, warehousing and handling costs accurately.
  • Prepare reports and statistics by planning forecasts one month in advance, summarizing sales orders or analyzing customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve the order fulfillment process and system by enhancing work processes, developing reports, and troubleshooting everyday operational issues to offer optimal customer service.
  • Provide backup for other Customer Service or Sales Representatives of absence or workflow.
