Dr. Oetker is a state-of-the-art Pizza Production Facility in London, Ontario. With our Head Quarters in Germany, and operations in over countries around the world, we are an international company with deep family roots dating back to 1. Our London facility which employees about associates was built in 4 and showcases modern, highly automated, high volume production lines where we produce Ristorante, Casa di Mama and Giuseppe pizzas under the Dr. Oetker label. Our facility is part of the International Pizza Production Unit (PPU) which, in part, identifies projects and efficiencies for execution at plant level.
In our facility, we start with raw materials such as flour and yeast to make a great pizza crust, topping with sauce and ingredients to make a fantastic, finished pizza and then freezing and packaging the pizzas for retail distribution.
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of employees engaged in various areas of the manufacturing process. You will:
