Job description
We are Thomas and Debbie living in North Edmonton, Alberta. We are looking for a part-time nanny to help with before and after school care for our school aged grandson. We also have two dogs that are male-averse, so we are looking for a female nanny. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for a child with intellectual disabilities, a valid driver's license and vehicle, a valid CPR certification, and excellent problem-solving skills. You must be reliable, dependable, and able to work independently. Must like dogs. As a live-out nanny, you will be responsible for pick-up and drop-off from school, and providing a safe and stimulating environment for the child in our home after school. The hours would be 7:00 am to 5:00 pm on school holidays (Professionals Days, etc) and 7:00 am to 8:15 am for school drop off, with a pick up at 2:45 pm from school and returning to the home where care would be continued until 5:00 pm.
