Compensation & Schedule
Base Rate: $36.00/hour

Responsibilities
Precision Fabrication: Cut, fit, and prep essential steel components like massive support beams, heavy columns, and intricate balcony assemblies with exact precision.

Drawing Interpretation: Read and analyze highly detailed fabrication blueprints, turning raw materials into flawless steel structures ready for rigorous QA checks.

Advanced Welding Tech: Move fluidly between manual tack welding and running cutting-edge robotic weld cells (we provide comprehensive, on-the-job training for all robotic equipment).

Team Efficiency: Work alongside a dedicated group of fabricators to push massive projects to completion safely, ensuring a "measure twice, cut once" standard of quality across the board.

Qualifications
Layout Mastery: You need to have significant, demonstrable background in structural steel layout. Your tape measure is your best friend, and you flawlessly interpret complex welding symbols and strict project tolerances.

Mathematical Accuracy: You are absolutely obsessed with the details. You double-check your angles, ensure every single connection is perfectly square, and guarantee your structural tacks are rock-solid.

Tickets & Credentials: While an active CWB FCAW ticket (All Positions) is a massive plus, we care first and foremost about your raw layout capabilities and shop experience.

Work Ethic & Physicality: You show up on time, every time. You are physically capable of tackling heavy industrial manufacturing tasks over long shifts in a busy, loud shop floor.

Commute Readiness: These specific worksites cannot be accessed via public transit. You absolutely must have your own reliable vehicle to get to work every day.
