ServiceNow Developer - Contract position

Number of openings - 1, 6months initial contract

Location Toronto ON

Must be eligible to work in Canada

Hybrid position, 2d / w onsite mandatory, nonnegotiable, selected consultant may work at any of the client's location across Canada where there is an office for the client.

Roles and responsibilities :

Looking to hire a ServiceNow developer with mid-to-senior level expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow development, automation, integrations, and IT Operations Management (ITOM). This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to enhance business processes and IT operations.

Develop and optimize ServiceNow solutions, focusing on automation, system configurations, and platform analytics.

Utilize Flow Designer to streamline workflows and business processes.

Build and maintain integrations and APIs to ensure seamless connectivity between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.

Leverage ServiceNow Automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Design and implement ITOM solutions, including Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping, to improve visibility and control over IT assets.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Perform system troubleshooting, configurations, and enhancements to ensure optimal platform performance.

Must have skills and experience :

A minimum of 5-8yrs of ServiceNow development and configuration

Proficiency in Flow Designer, integrations, automation, and platform analytics within ServiceNow.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow APIs and ability to develop custom integrations.

Expertise in ITOM, specifically Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping.

Hands-on experience with system configurations and process automation within the ServiceNow platform.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow environments.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, ITOM Specialist).

Experience working in enterprise environments with complex IT landscapes.

Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and ServiceNow best practices.
