Description

Position: Casual Parking Ambassador
Location: Greater Vancouver Area
Shifts: Will Vary - Seasonal Part Time
Pay Rate: $17.95/hour

Reimagined Parking is currently looking for a driven, reliable, and diligent individual to join our team of Parking Ambassadors relieving full-time and part-time employees, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming customer service experience for all partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take steps to assist customers in a courteous manner with parking related inquiries, such as use of parking payment systems.
  • Perform traffic mitigation to ensure flow of traffic when required.
  • Walk through your assigned location(s) to conduct stall occupancy reports multiple times during each shift.
  • Record and report all major accidents and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Observe all relevant traffic and safety laws.
  • Operate effectively as a team with your manager and co-workers.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work outdoors and in all weather, conditions are required for all the locations.
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work mornings and evenings, Monday-Sunday, Holidays and special events.
