Description
:En tant que stagiaire, votre rôle consistera à dispenser des conseils juridiques aux assurés bénéficiant de l’assistance juridique et aux assurés détenteurs d’une assurance protection juridique, et conseiller ces derniers dans l’application et le suivi de la police d’assurance. Vous pourrez également être amené à accomplir certaines fonctions de prise en charge.
Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
Dispenser des conseils juridiques aux assurés bénéficiant de l’assistance juridique et aux assurés détenteurs d’une assurance protection juridique.
Déterminer la couverture applicable aux litiges soumis par les assurés détenteurs d’une assurance protection juridique.
Conseiller les assurés dans l’application du contrat d’assurance juridique.
Assurer le suivi des consultations externes.
Assurer le suivi des dossiers litigieux auprès des assurés et des avocats externe.
Procéder au remboursement des honoraires, des frais juridiques et des expertise.
Collaborer à la rédaction de chroniques juridiques.
Collaborer au développement du produit d’assurance juridique.
Vos talents et qualifications:
Diplôme d’études universitaires en droit.
Avoir réussi les examens et respecter les exigences d’admissibilité à un stage de l’École du Barreau.
