CarePartners is adding to our team and we are looking for Team Coordinators to ensure effective customer service and communication between patients, families, and staff. Our Team Coordinators ensure the scheduling of our PSWs, Nurses, and Therapists meets service delivery standards and administrative functions related to client services are performed in a timely manner.
We have immediate Full-Time One Year Contract opening in the Peterborough office!
Full-Time roles include weekend shifts.
This position is part of a Collective Bargaining unit and will be posted internally for a period of five (5) business days, in order to allow bargaining unit employees to apply.

What The Role Involves
You’ll be the bridge between patients / caregivers, their families, Personal Support Workers, team supervisors, funders, finance and other CarePartners employeesReceiving routine referral / intake information from funders and private-pay clientsDeveloping and coordinates service schedules while considering relevant factorsInforming workers of new assignments and changes to their schedules in accordance with the collective agreement and seniorityEntering relevant information into the automated information system / databaseProducing schedules and reports on regular basis, and on request of the SupervisorReceiving and manage inbound telephone calls and email inquiries related to servicePerforming other administrative dutiesOther duties as requiredWhat You Bring
A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of their patientsPost-secondary education is preferred and one (1) year of job-related experience (such as administrative or customer service) is requiredExceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office, with proven skills in Word and ExcelA strong attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems and databasesEffective verbal and written communication skillsNon-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends are requiredExperience working within a unionized environment and the health care field an assetA clear background checkCarePartners In Your Community
