Job Title: Production Assembler
Shift - Days Mon - Fri 7.00 am - 3.30 pm
Wage - 24/hr

Job Description
This role focuses on assembly of downhole tools and may include work in the torque and testing departments.
You will use basic hand and power tools to assemble components, prepare and test pipe assemblies, and support production activities in a clean, high-tech facility.
Responsibilities
- Assemble downhole tools using basic hand and power tools
- Work in the assembly area to build and prepare components for production and testing.
- Support the torque and testing departments as needed, ensuring assemblies meet required specifications.
- Prepare pup joints for testing, including frequent lifting and handling of pipe sections up to 50 lbs.
- Clean pipe threads by removing debris and old lubricant, then reapply appropriate lubrication to prepare for testing.
- Use basic computer applications such as Excel and Outlook to enter values, track work, and communicate via email.
Essential Skills
- Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in a production or shop environment.
- Solid knowledge of basic hand tools, including pipe wrenches, Allen keys, screwdrivers, hammers, and measuring tapes.
- Experience using basic power tools, such as drills
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to open and enter values in Excel and compose emails in Outlook.
