  • Execute control testing per the testing plan, report results, and support remediation with operations

  • Partner with operational teams to design, implement, and monitor controls

  • Review, investigate, and manage risk incidents and loss events; ensure timely logging and closure of corrective action plans

  • Partner with business leaders to respond to audit findings, track remediation actions, and confirm closure within agreed timelines

  • Ability to understand business processes, assess risk, and provide practical recommendations to control deficiencies

  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, results-focused, and committed to quality

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, Risk certifications) are an asset

  • Experience with retirement plan services operations

  • Data analytics experience is an asset

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.

  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
