Out-of-Scope

Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Edmonton or Calgary. This role is eligible for hybrid – this means you’ll have the flexibility of working from home and in the office (in Edmonton or Calgary), on a scheduled rotation once training requirements have been met. Until then, the successful incumbent will be expected to work on-site, full-time.

Division – Claims (Alberta)

Closes: September 1, 2026.

We’re looking for an Intermediate Adjusters (Bodily Injury) to join our Alberta Claims team in Edmonton or Calgary.

It’s an exciting time to join our Bodily Injury team.

Alberta’s automobile insurance system is evolving, and our Claims operation is evolving with it.

Our Bodily Injury team will continue to manage and resolve existing bodily injury claims through their lifecycle, while claims involving injury and liability exposures will remain part of Alberta’s automobile insurance landscape under the new model. That means we’re looking for experienced claims professionals who can bring strong technical judgment, sound decision-making and a resolution-focused approach to a changing environment.

In this role, you’ll manage bodily injury claims of varying complexity from investigation through resolution. You’ll assess liability and damages, evaluate medical and other supporting information, establish appropriate reserves, negotiate settlements and work with claimants, legal counsel and other professionals to achieve fair and timely outcomes.

You’ll also be joining a team preparing for the future of claims in Alberta. If you enjoy complex problem-solving, negotiation and technical claims work — and want the opportunity to develop your expertise while being part of an evolving claims environment — this may be the opportunity for you.
