Job description
Store - TOR-ETOBICOKE, ONLes directeurs de magasin doivent passer la majeure partie de leur temps à s’occuper de tâches liées à la gestion. Cela comprend la gestion et la direction d’une équipe, le fait de tenir une équipe responsable d’offrir un excellent service à la clientèle tout en obtenant les résultats souhaités, s’assurer que le magasin et l’équipe respectent les promesses de marque faites envers nos clients, la planification et la communication des activités liées à la charge de travail en magasin et des IRC pour assurer une bonne exécution par l’équipe en fonction du budget. Très peu de temps sera dédié aux tâches qui ne sont pas liées à la gestion, telle que le travail aux caisses, le montage de POG et le réapprovisionnement des étagères.

Activités principales

  • Diriger et gérer tous les aspects du magasin, ce qui comprend le respect des procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) et des programmes de l’entreprise pour assurer la conformité aux lois et règlements applicables, assurer la mise en pratique des politiques et des normes de l’entreprise et tenir l’équipe responsable des conditions du magasin et des résultats obtenus
  • Respecter le plan des ventes et des profits et les autres IRC en lien avec nos objectifs de rendement annuels, gérer l’équipe du magasin pour atteindre les IRC liés à leur rôle
  • Diriger la mise en pratique de nos promesses de marque envers nos clients.
  • Mettre en œuvre et diriger les programmes de prévention des pertes et de la sécurité pour atteindre les objectifs
  • Utiliser les outils de l’entreprise pour déterminer, prioriser et communiquer les objectifs, et gérer de façon générale les membres d’équipe et les clients.
  • Doter le magasin de membres d’équipe qualifiés : Embaucher, former, observer et encadrer l’équipe pour obtenir des résultats, diriger le processus de gestion du rendement et, au besoin, le processus disciplinaire, dénicher des candidats talentueux et développer les membres d’équipe afin qu’ils puissent être promus, mettre en pratique les compétences de dirigeant pour assurer le développement personnel continu.
  • Interagir avec les autres de façon acceptable et respectueuse, rester positif et respectueux même dans les situations difficiles, faire la promotion de l’engagement envers la vision et les valeurs de l’entreprise, projeter une image positive et servir de modèle pour les autres.
  • Agit en tant que gérant en service (GES)
  • Maintient la compréhension de l’exploitation de tous les rayons du magasin, est multidisciplinaire et s’assure que tous les gérants reçoivent la formation multidisciplinaire pour la vente et la production dans l’encadrement sur mesure.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to move throughout the store
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
  • Some lifting of heavy items and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment

Work Environment

  • Public retail store setting supervising Team Members and taking care of our customers; all public areas are climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work; Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends and early mornings

Total Base Pay Range for this Position:

$70,200.00 - $87,700.00
