Location : Calgary

Our client is a successful software development firm that is focused on service offerings to the vacation industry and is expanding rapidly. We seek a junior to intermediate Network Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities :

Acting as 2nd level support and participating in the implementation of network changes involving firewalls, switches and routers.
Troubleshoot connectivity and VPN issues.
Maintain and support DNS and DHCP.
Cisco networking troubleshooting.
Monitoring ticket systems to ensure prompt resolution of issues.

Qualifications :

3+ years in a Cisco environment working with switches, routers and firewalls.

Experience with MPLS, OSPF, BGP.

Excellent presentation, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required.

Strong problem solving skills are needed.

Experience with Windows Server , VLANs, Wireshark, familiarity with VOIP phone systems.

Must have a valid driver’s licence and be able to travel as required (USA).
