  • Manage and track all change proposals and change orders, ensuring proper client and internal signoffs, and clearly communicate scope, specifications, and budget changes to team members.
  • Oversee fieldwork to ensure it aligns with project schedules, including project documentation, daily worksheets, project plans, and material demands on inventory.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Construction Manager and Project Manager to verify that contractor performance is meeting expectations and forecasts.
  • Review all project documentation to ensure a full understanding of the project’s scope, specifications, contracts, and each team member’s responsibilities.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to avoid project delays.
  • Monitor construction quality and ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and client expectations.
  • Ensure that all job sites adhere to Health and Safety regulations and verify that insurance coverages are valid for all contractors.
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage risks and conflicts that could impact the project timeline or budget.
  • Coordinate the review and completion of as‑built documentation with the Construction Manager and ensure timely distribution of information.
  • Oversee the project close‑out process with the client, ensuring all project requirements are fulfilled and final sign‑off is obtained.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Work with Operations to ensure timely turnover of projects for sales and drop crews.
  • Maintain and update project status reports, ensuring accurate and timely communication with senior management and stakeholders.
