This is a high-impact role for an HR professional who enjoys partnering with operations, driving workforce initiatives, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership.
As the organization's senior HR leader, you will oversee all aspects of human resources while playing a critical role in fostering positive employee relations, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring compliance with employment and labour legislation.
