SUMMARY
Safely and efficiently producing MDF panels within parameters created for that specific product. A Production Technician is a crucial part of the operation with a great deal of responsibility in making product within specification, assuring quality, focus on machine efficiency to meet and or exceed our customer’s expectations. This position offers an attractive compensation package with a gain and profit-sharing plan, as well as an excellent Health/Dental and Pension Plan and very supportive team-based work environment. The starting rate of pay for the position is $60,711.00 annually plus shift premiums. Please submit all applications by July 10, 2026 for consideration.
