BUOY6 (1-800-GOT-JUNK?) is growing!! As part of our exciting and ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our head office team in North York. This is an outcome-oriented position, fundamental to the success of our operations.

BUOY6 is a Toronto-based business management company with a large portfolio of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchises across North America. The 1-800-GOT-JUNK? mission is to help our customers overcome their junk removal obstacles and to provide our employees with a pathway to career growth and even business ownership. The Opportunity
We have a fast-paced operation of approximately 300+ employees (depending on the time of year) across multiple 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Franchises across North America. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting, seeks variety, and wants the opportunity to drive best-practice hiring processes. You have a “whatever it takes” attitude and are committed to maintaining our people-centric culture that delivers excellent customer experiences.
