This role is ideal for an administrative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys supporting both tenants and internal teams, and isfortable handling invoicing, coordination, and day‑to‑day property operations.Key ResponsibilitiesTenant & Office Support
- Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Provide professional customer service and act as a key point of contact for onsite needs
- Assist in scheduling, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings and special events
Financial & Administrative Duties
- Code invoices accurately and prepare invoice batches for processing
- Support the Property Manager, Engineering Manager, and Property Accountant with assigned projects
- Perform data entry and maintain documentation related to contract agreements
- Input required contract and operational data for review and approval
Operational Coordination
- Collaborate with on‑site operations staff to support daily building activities
- Assist with maintaining documentation and administrative records for property operations
- Support a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with professionalism and attention to detail
What You Need to SucceedExperience
- Minimum 2+ years in an administrative support role within a professional office environment
- Experience with invoicing and basic accounting support (data‑entry focused)
- Exposure to property management environments (preferred)
- Proficiency with business software; experience with Nexus and JDE is an asset
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work with tenants and internal teams
Education
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
