Patient Care Coordinator

Patient Care Coordinator – Lethbridge, Alberta Avant Respiratory provides clinical consultation, diagnostic services, and treatment for a wide range of sleep disorders, helping patients across Canada improve their lives through better sleep.

We're expanding – building our new oxygen therapy division and looking for an organized, personable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Lethbridge, AB.

What You'll Do Warmly welcome clients, assist with purchases, book appointments, and answer general therapy inquiries Answer phone calls and faxes, route correspondence and inquiries to the right associates, and manage supply requisitions and other office duties Bill insurance providers and government agencies, and maintain accurate records of submissions and payments to minimize accounts receivable Follow patient charting protocols in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system Assist with initial oxygen set-up and basic troubleshooting of oxygen therapy and PAP equipment and supplies Assist clients with CPAP set-up, troubleshooting, inventory, and re-supply calls, lifting up to 50 lbs of equipment as needed Support marketing efforts (literature supplies, referral relationships, social media, patient feedback) and participate in a fair, equitable on-call rotation What We're Looking For 2+ years of Medical Administration or Customer Service experience preferred; healthcare or sleep therapy experience is an asset but not required – training is provided Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract required Background in sales support and merchandising is an asset Excellent organizational and administrative skills with impeccable attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks or similar software, and CRM/EMR systems Professional, friendly communicator with strong time management, multi-tasking, and listening skills What We Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits plan RRSP matching program Health, life, dental, and vision insurance Excellent work/life balance Job Details Location: Lethbridge, Alberta Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: 40 hours/week, plus on-call Pay: Starting at $23/hour (rate may vary based on licenses/experience) Learn more at https://avantrespiratory.com/ Powered by JazzHR
