Job description
Position Summary
We are currently looking for a hard working and dedicated Maintenance Worker II/Environmental Services Worker to fill a position at the Hudson's Hope Health Centre.

Maintenance Worker II:
Performs maintenance duties related to buildings, grounds and equipment. Provide supervised assistance to other maintenance positions which may require heavy physical labour.

Environmental Services Worker:
In accordance with established vision and values of the organization, this position performs a variety of environmental services duties throughout the facility. Maintains clean and disinfected conditions in areas such as patient/resident/client rooms, Operating Rooms, Diagnostic Imaging and Laboratory, Labour and Delivery Rooms, washrooms, corridors, hallways, lounges, offices and common areas used by staff, visitors and patients/residents/clients as established in Northern Health Regional Environmental Services Policies and Processes.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work Monday to Friday, Days - 06:00 to 13:15

Qualfications
• Grade 10 - Plus, one (1) year's recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to deal with others effectively.
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
• Ability to organize work.
• Ability to operate related equipment.
