Spécialiste Transformation Numérique, Digital Factory, i4.0/i5.0

Description de poste
Le spécialiste recherché est responsable de l’implémentation, du support et de l’optimisation des solutions MOMs pour les couches L1 à L3. Il/elle agit en tant qu’intermédiaire entre les équipes métiers, les équipes techniques et les partenaires pour garantir le bon fonctionnement des système manufacturiers connectés.

Responsabilités principales
-Participer à l’analyse des besoins métiers et à la conception de solutions MOM. (Ex : MES, SCADA, HMI, PLC, etc.)
-Designer, implémenter, configurer et déployer les solutions.
-Assurer l’intégration avec d’autres systèmes L1 à L5 par le billet d’une plateforme numérique souvent absente et donc à concevoir. (Pour connecter par exemple ERP, PLM, CMMS, etc.)
-Former et assister les utilisateurs (Ex : opérateurs, superviseurs, etc.) à l’utilisation des systèmes.
-Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation fonctionnelle et technique.
-Gérer le support, analyser les problèmes, proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions correctives.
-Participer à l’évolution du système selon les nouveaux besoins ou versions logicielles.
-Collaborer avec les équipes IT, développement et projets pour garantir la cohérence globale des outils.

Compétences Techniques (Candidat Idéal)
-Connaissance des processus manufacturiers. (Ex, ANDON, Routing, etc)
-Expérience avec outils standards. (Ex : Ignition, Litmus, Kepware, TULIP, etc)
-Expérience avec protocoles OT (Ex : OPC-UA, MTConnect , MQTT, etc)
-Expérience Data-Centric (Ex : UNS, Sparkplug B, DataOps, Ontology, etc.)
-Expérience en programmation PLC
-Connaissance du « Purdue Stack »

Profil recherché
-Bac en ingénierie, informatique industrielle ou équivalent.
-Expérience 5 ans minimum dans le domaine OT.
-Connaissances MES, SCADA, PLC, HMI
-Français courant, anglais professionnel (documentation et interactions internationales possibles).

Environnement de travail :
-Poste basé à Montréal en mode hybride (clientèle et CGI)
-Possibilité de déplacer chez multiples locations client
-Travail en collaboration avec les équipes R&D, IT, production et qualité.

CGI offre une estimation raisonnable de la fourchette salariale pour ce poste. Le calcul de cette fourchette dépend de divers facteurs, notamment le niveau de compétence, le marché géographique, l’expérience, la formation ainsi que les licences et certifications professionnelles. Les décisions en matière de rémunération dépendent des particularités de chaque cas. Une estimation raisonnable de cette fourchette salariale se situe entre 70 000 $ et 135 000 $. Ce poste est une opportunité future.

Position Description
Digital Transformation Specialist, Digital Factory, i4.0/i5.0

We are seeking a specialist responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) solutions for layers L1 to L3. The role acts as a bridge between business teams, technical teams, and partners to ensure the smooth operation of connected manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in business requirements analysis and MOM solution design (e.g., MES, SCADA, HMI, PLC).
Design, implement, configure, and deploy solutions.
Ensure integration with other systems across L1 to L5 through a digital platform, often absent and therefore to be designed (e.g., ERP, PLM, CMMS).
Train and support users (e.g., operators, supervisors) in system usage.
Draft and update functional and technical documentation.
Manage support, analyze issues, propose, and implement corrective solutions.
Contribute to system evolution based on new requirements or software versions.
Collaborate with IT, development, and project teams to ensure overall tool consistency.

Technical Skills (Ideal Candidate)

Knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., ANDON, Routing).
Experience with standard tools (e.g., Ignition, Litmus, Kepware, TULIP).
Experience with OT protocols (e.g., OPC-UA, MTConnect, MQTT).

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial computing, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the OT domain.
Knowledge of MES, SCADA, PLC, HMI.

Work Environment

Ability to travel to multiple client locations.
Collaboration with R&D, IT, production, and quality teams.
