Assistant Integration Coordinator

Organization: RKY Camp

Location: Parham, ON (north of Kingston, ON)

Reports to: Integration Coordinator

Pay Rate: starting at $390 per week (+$40 per week for NL) with additional compensation provided for relevant certifications and experience.

Contract Dates: June 21 – August 28, 2026. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work in our spring Outdoor Centre season.

The Assistant Integration Coordinator supports the Integration Coordinator in the facilitation of the RKY Camp Integration Program. They will provide regular coverage for staff working as integration counsellors to take breaks during the day, provide skills and experience related to working with children with disabilities and complex behavioural needs, and build rapport and relationships with integration participants. The Assistant Integration Coordinator will assist with pre- and post-program documentation and be available to support through behavioural emergencies.

Required: Standard First Aid with CPR-C, National Lifeguard (NL), G-Class Driver’s License, Pleasure Craft Operator’s Card, previous overnight summer camp experience, experience working with vulnerable populations and youth with disabilities.

Preferred: post-secondary education in behavioural sciences, disability studies, or social work.
