En tant qu’adjoint(e) de direction vous aurez à assister directement le vice-président – Ventes directes et fidélisation. Vous aurez à assurer un soutien technique dans l’exécution des tâches administratives en mettant à profit votre sens de la collaboration, de la débrouillardise et de votre sens de l’initiative. En tant que membre du comité de direction, vous participerez à la gestion des différents événements en vous assurant de leur bon fonctionnement.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

  • Apporter un support direct à votre supérieur immédiat:

    Tenir à jour l’agenda et prise en charge de certains courriels.

    Effectuer les réservations auprès des transporteurs et des établissements hôteliers.

    Préparer les notes de frais, les bons de commande, les paiements de factures à des fournisseurs

    Préparer les lettres, les notes de service, les rapports, les présentations et tout autre document et assurer la correction de documents, lorsque requis.

  • Assurer un soutien technique et administratif à la préparation et l’exécution des réunions de la vice-présidence et des comités de gestion de la vice-présidence :

    Planifier le calendrier des réunions des comités de gestion, proposer l’ordre du jour, assister aux réunions des comités de gestion et dresser les comptes rendus.

    Assurer une coordination des sujets à aborder lors des réunions auprès des participants ainsi que coordonner la production des différents rapports pour les différents comités.

  • Coordonner la réception des invitations des différents comités auxquels le vice-président participe à l’interne et à l’externe pour s’assurer de sa disponibilité (comité d’industrie, conseils d’administration, congrès, conférences, etc.).

Vos talents et qualifications :

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales en techniques bureautique ou en secrétariat.

  • Minimum de 6 ans d’expérience pertinente comme adjoint(e) de direction

  • Démontrer de la facilité dans la rédaction de textes.

  • Maîtrise avancé des outils de la suite MS Office (word, Powerpoint, excel..)

  • Maîtrise avancée de la langue française et une maîtrise fonctionnelle de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
