Family Assistant Job Description Hours: 20 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 1:00–5:00 PM) Location: Guelph Hours: 20 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 1:00–5:00 PM) Compensation: ($20-25/hr based on experience) About the Role: We are looking for a reliable, organized Family Assistant to support the smooth daily operation of our busy household with two children ages 2 and 4. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping a busy family create structure, reduce stress, and maintain a well-run home. The focus is on afternoon support, home organization, light cleaning, meal prep, and school pickup for our 4 yo. This is not a heavy housekeeping role or full childcare role — it’s a hybrid position focused on family logistics, home upkeep, and simplifying daily routines.
