About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to manage daily accounting functions, including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and banking transactions. You’ll ensure our billing and payment systems are accurate, on time, and aligned with our commitment to excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and issue customer invoices, statements, adjustments and credit memos based on project management requests.
• Record collections, monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Process supplier invoices and payments (EFT, wire, PAP, CC).
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and corporate credit cards.
• Manage employee expense claims and travel advances.
• Complete month-end procedures and account reconciliations.

What You Bring

• Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to obtain a Level 2 Government of Canada Security Clearance (10 years residency in Canada).
• Post-secondary education in accounting/bookkeeping.
• 3+ years’ accounting experience, including invoicing, collections, and payables.
• Knowledge of GAAP and commercial invoicing practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel – intermediate).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Familiarity with project management or CRM systems.
