Materials Management / Supply Chain Manager

Join a mission-driven hospital as the next Materials Management / Supply Chain Manager, leading a high-impact department that drives efficient, cost-effective operations across the organization. This role oversees procurement, inventory control, asset management, forms management, courier services, and specialized projects while partnering closely with leaders. This role reports directly to the Director of Finance.
What Youll Lead
✔️ Purchasing of supplies, materials, equipment, and services
✔️ Inventory management and cost-containment strategies
✔️ Asset management and forms oversight
✔️ A dedicated Materials/Purchasing team
✔️ Cross-department collaboration to support high-quality patient care
What Were Looking For
✔️ 3+ years leading supply chain teams (2+ in healthcare required)
✔️ Strong fundamentals in purchasing, inventory management, and business principles
✔️ Bachelors in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)
✔️ MBA or advanced degree (strongly preferred)
✔️ Clear communicator with strong computer literacy
✔️ Valid drivers license and auto insurance
