Responsable construction

Papillons Infrastructure Nature, jeune incorporation œuvrant dans le domaine de l’environnement ayant pour mission de bâtir des solutions en vue de répondre aux défis du monde de demain.

Papillons Infrastructure Nature veut promouvoir le poste de Responsable construction afin de l’appuyer dans le déploiement de son réseau de bornes de recharge.

Principales responsabilités

Sous la responsabilité́ de la direction développement et implantation, le/la Responsable construction aura comme principales responsabilités :

  • Gérer les projets de construction : Produire les plans en collaboration avec la Spécialiste Gestion de projets – Construction et des prestataires externes (le cas échéant), Coordonner les travaux, Assurer le suivi et la correction des déficiences,
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des projets, à savoir : les approbations préalables à la réalisation de projet, les commandes d’équipements, la gestion des soumissions, de bons de commande, de factures et l’anticipation des dépenses, en collaboration avec les directions administrative et financière,
  • Optimiser la conception des sites et leurs installations,
  • Assurer un maintien des relations exemplaire et un suivi avec les différents partenaires impliqués,
  • Coordination et planification de l’équipe de construction
  • Assurer la livraison de sites de recharge complets et fonctionnels au service des opérations du réseau,
  • Visiter les sites de recharge.

Exigences

  • 3 ans d’expérience dans un rôle de gestion de projet en construction,
  • Connaissances pratiques des travaux électriques et civils,
  • 1 an d’expérience d’opération terrain,
  • Expérience de coordination d’équipe
  • Sens du service-client hors pair,
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365,
  • Expérience de réalisation de projet dans lequel Hydro Québec est impliqué (un atout),
  • Expérience de demande de permis municipaux pour la réalisation de projet commercial (un atout),
  • Expérience avec les véhicules électriques et leur recharge (un atout),
  • Expérience d’utilisation de logiciel de gestion de projet (un atout).

Compétences spécifiques

  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers complexes simultanément et à travailler avec de courts délais,
  • Aptitudes à communiquer rapidement avec synthèse,
  • Autonomie, sens des responsabilités, bon jugement et débrouillardise,
  • Maîtrise de la langue française à l’oral et à l’écrit,
  • Maîtrise de la langue anglaise à l’oral et à l’écrit,
  • Détenir un permis de conduire de classe 5 valide sans aucune restriction,
  • Expérience avec des fichiers autocad (un atout)
  • Détenir un permis de conduire de classe 1, 2, 3, 4B (un atout).

Conditions et avantages

  • Salaire : selon expérience
  • Date d’entrée en fonction : Janvier 2026
  • Type de contrat : permanent à temps plein (40h/semaine)
  • Lieu : Sur la route, télétravail et bureaux dans le Mile-End
  • Certaines rencontres peuvent nécessiter une présence physique aux bureaux de Papillons ou dans d’autres municipalités et il vous sera demandé d’être présent à différents événements à travers le Québec
  • Ordinateur Apple fourni et l’ensemble des logiciels nécessaires aux fonctions
