Rôle
Sous l’autorité du vice-président opérations, le technicien est responsable d’installer et de réparer l’équipement chez le client. Il est aussi mandaté pour offrir un soutien technique par téléphone ou par courriel.
Description des activités et responsabilités
▪ Répondre aux appels de service sur la route.
▪ Effectuer des réparations en atelier
▪ Être disponible pour effectuer périodiquement des tours de garde service 24h
▪ Rencontrer les clients pour résoudre les problèmes
▪ Diagnostiquer des problèmes techniques
▪ Remplacer l’équipement ou rapporter la pièce défectueuse pour la réparer
▪ Effectuer des tests pour s’assurer que l’équipement fonctionne adéquatement
▪ Assister les clients dans l’utilisation de leur nouvel équipement
▪ Préparer le matériel nécessaire dans le camion en fonction des besoins
▪ Assurer un soutien technique par courriel ou par téléphone
▪ Calibrer et étalonner des machines
▪ Effectuer des tâches de maintenance sur des équipements électroniques et mécaniques ▪ Toutes autres tâches connexes
Formation
▪ Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaire en électronique ou électrique Expérience
▪ Expérience de plus de 2 à 5 années dans un domaine connexe

▪ Autonome et débrouillard
▪ Très bonnes aptitudes manuelles pour du travail de précision ▪ Habileté à travailler en équipe
▪ Bonnes aptitudes relationnelles
▪ Attentif aux détails
▪ Autodidacte, facilité à apprendre
▪ Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
Connaissances spécifiques
▪ Bilinguisme minimum exigé (Anglais et Français)
▪ Maitrise des communications réseau câblé ou sans fil, radio et autre
▪ Maitrise des configurations TCP/IP et UDP (Masque, Passerelle et DNS)
▪ Connaissance avancé en informatique (Windows server, Hyper-V et en serveur redondant)
▪ Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office
▪ Connaissance des instrumentations (multimètre, oscilloscope, etc)
▪ Connaissance en contrôle de circulation et système de détection. IMSA
▪ Connaissance des périphériques de poste de caisse (Lecteur laser, imprimante, tiroir-
caisse, système de paiement par carte de crédit et écran tactile)
▪ Connaissance de script et requête SQL
▪ Connaissance des logiciels de contrôle à distance (Teamviewer, LogMeIn, VNC et autre)
▪ Connaissance de lecture et interprétation de plans mécaniques, électriques et
électroniques
▪ Connaissance AutoCad un atout
