On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Lead Full Stack Developer - .NET, FX Hub Technology Team for a 9 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.
Lead Full Stack Developer - .NET, FX Hub Technology Team - Job Description:
As a member of our FX Hub Technology Team, the Lead Full Stack Developer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and managing the delivery of solutions that align with the strategic vision for our business. Lead Full Stack Developer - .NET, FX Hub Technology Team - Responsibilities:
• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements
• Resolve a variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
• Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary
Lead Full Stack Developer - .NET, FX Hub Technology Team - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
• Strong proficiency in .Net core (C# language) and T-SQL, ReactJS, Kaas (Kafka as a Service)
• Proficiency in REST APIs, Websockets, Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022, Openshift, Docker, microservices, Bitbucket, GitHub, GitHub Copilot
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Lead Full Stack Developer - .NET, FX Hub Technology Team – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Experience with accessible development practices
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in a similar industry or business environment
