Job Description

Join a dynamic team working on a large multi-family project focusing on all aspects of new build construction in the mechanical domain. Tasks include rough-ins, water and drain line installations, hanger and fixture installations.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing tasks on a new build construction project.
• Install rough-ins, water and drain lines, hangers, and fixtures.
• Work collaboratively with the construction team to ensure project success.

Essential Skills

• Certified Apprentice Plumber/Pipefitter
• Proficient in plumbing and mechanical installations
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Experience in construction and installation

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ideally a 2nd year apprentice
• Experience in residential or commercial new construction
• Fall Protection or First Aid certifications
• Sheet metal experience
• Experience with condo or apartment building construction

Work Environment

The project is based in Grande Prairie, operating on a 10 days on, 4 days off rotation from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. While overtime is limited, it may be required during certain project phases. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $34.00/hr.
