Job description
CLASSIFICATION: Ticket seller/Guest Services/Receptionist
TOTAL REQUIRED: 2 (two) Part-time
PAY RATE: $18.71 As per Collective Agreement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new programs and systems
- Reliable, attentive, and capable of learning new skills while following instructions
- Knowledge and experience handling cash, reconciling payments, and working with payment systems
- Able to perform effectively in high-pressure, public-facing environments
- Self-motivated and productive with or without direct supervision
- Effective communicator with the ability to answer phones, write emails, and manage messages
- Professional representation of Kimberley Alpine Resort at all times
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- Interest in and knowledge of snow sports (skiing and/or snowboarding)
- Flexible availability to meet operational needs
- Experience using point-of-sale systems
