Ici, tu ne seras pas enfermé(e) dans un cubicule : tu verras tes idées se réaliser directement dans l’atelier.
Tes responsabilités
Produire des dessins mécaniques (2D/3D) et des plans de fabrication.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’atelier pour valider la faisabilité des pièces.
Faire des visites terrain pour comprendre les contraintes, vérifier les montages et soutenir la production.
Participer à des projets d’amélioration continue : optimisation des procédés, efficacité, réduction des pertes, ergonomie, etc.
Soutenir les équipes de production, qualité et ingénierie dans divers mandats techniques.
Documenter les modifications, recommander des solutions et contribuer à standardiser les meilleures pratiques.
Profil recherché
DEC ou formation technique en génie mécanique / technologie du génie mécanique, DEP en dessin industriel ou toute autre formation ou expérience pertinente
À l’aise avec les logiciels de dessin (ex.: SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Bonnes connaissances des procédés de fabrication (usinage, assemblage, soudage – un atout).
Polyvalent(e), curieux(se), motivé(e) et à l’aise à la fois derrière un écran et sur le plancher de production.
Capacité à analyser, proposer, améliorer et communiquer clairement.
