Regulatory/Client Data Management Project Manager:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Regulatory/Client Data Management Project Manager for a 9 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.
Regulatory/Client Data Management Project Manager - Job Description:
The Regulatory/Client Data Management Project Manager will lead initiatives within the Front Office COO Transformation Team, focusing on Client Data Management projects. The role involves developing strategic solutions for managing client static data and ensuring smooth operations across all asset classes.
Regulatory/Client Data Management Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Drive development of strategic solutions for client static data management.
• Lead project workstreams to meet business case requirements within timelines.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with stakeholders across functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project alignment and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, and dependencies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for reporting and governance forums.
• Comply with Project Management Council standards and maintain project documentation.
Regulatory/Client Data Management Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Proactive self-starter with minimal oversight required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of front-to-back Markets Client Data Flows.
• Knowledge of Markets products and trading environments.
• Ability to navigate large, complex teams and projects.
• Experience in project risk assessment and mitigation.
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Regulatory/Client Data Management Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in Tier 1 Banking or Big 4 consulting.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial markets.
• Experience with client data masking techniques.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
