Two positions available! Please read all. We are a family in Wasaga Beach, Ontario seeking a caring and responsible nanny to join our household to care for our 5 year old. The position is part-time and live out, with a focus on caring for our child during the day. Hours and days are flexible. In addition to supervising and engaging with them, we require assistance with light housekeeping but mostly just cleaning up after each activity and leaving the space organized. Our ideal candidate is reliable, energetic, and enjoys spending time with children and can set up a time during each visit for education like focusing on learning the alphabet or writing. This can be however long nanny decides. The primary responsibilities will include setting up activities and structured play as well as free play. Housekeeping duties will involve light tidying and easy meal preparation like snacks. We are offering $20.00 per hour for this position to start and are open to negotiations for the right candidate. Someone who isn’t taking care of the children but rather helping re organize the home and clean especially kitchen cupboards and fridge. laundry: folding and putting away. Dishes. Organizing the basement. Making beds. Meal prepping. This position is for once or twice a week for about 4 hours. Hours are flexible.
