Job description

ABOUT THE POSITION

No day will look exactly the same in this role and you’ll have the opportunity to both work in the office as well as be on the road, conducting B2B sales and customer site visits across Edmonton.

You will play an integral role in maintaining and building client relationships with local and national businesses in your territory. You will growing existing client accounts as well as hunt for new business relationships and serve as a consultative business partner. You’re not afraid to go knocking on doors of these companies and organizations to gain high-volume recruitment business while building relationships with business owners, HR Managers / Directors, Operation Managers and key stakeholders.

Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Inside and outside sales : prospecting new business through high volume outbound phone calls, emails, and door to door sales
  • Growing existing customer accounts by finding new areas of opportunities and upselling
  • Scheduling prospective customer appointments and following through, taking customers through sales cycle till close
  • Daily qualified lead generation and hitting KPIs
  • Setting goals and targets, developing strategies to hit those goals
  • Ensure branch operations, hours and staffing are maintained
  • Support for payroll processing and customer billing / invoicing
  • Conducting occasional customer site visits and ensure customers and candidates satisfied with services as well as complying with health & safety protocols
  • Providing outstanding customer service, answering inquiries and resolving customer concerns

  • THE REQUIREMENTS

    We are looking for a go-getter, with excellent work ethic, integrity, and accountability. If you are a highly motivated and hungry individual that understands success comes with hard work and you don’t give up easily, you’ll fit right in. You want to keep learning, are self-motivated, ,approach challenges with tenacity and can work well under pressure. Requirements include :

  • Minimum two (2) years of door to door sales experience
  • Completion of a Bachelors Degree or Post-Secondary education from an accredited University, preferably a degree in Business or Marketing
  • Access to personal vehicle for work
  • Desire to be in a fast paced, results-oriented and KPI driven environment
  • Tech savvy and experience working with a client relationship management platform (CRM)
  • Experience working in a recruitment agency environment is a strong asset
  • Background in construction sales is a strong asset
