About the job

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Functional Consultant to join our CRM team. You will translate business needs into solutions, design and build features and integrations, and manage releases for Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service/CIJ Customer Insights and related Azure data components. You will work closely with sales, customer service and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design processes and data models, implement changes, and ensure successful deployments and adoption.

In addition, your duties will also include:

• Gather requirements from sales, customer service and stakeholders; act as translator between business and IT.
• Design processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, data models and reports.
• Configure entities/tables, fields, forms, views, business rules, security roles/teams, and workflows/Power Automate flows within Solution structures
• Design, build, and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines and data flows that support Dynamics and handle integrations
• Prepare releases, coordinate UAT, approve changes/releases and resolve priority conflicts.
• Produce concise documentation (process maps, quick guides) and manage deployments/troubleshooting.
• Deliver BA designs, quick fixes and small enhancements.

Must-have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 (configuration, workflows, security) and Power Platform.
• Hands-on ADF pipeline/data‑flow experience.
• Integration knowledge (APIs, connectors, Azure).
• Strong stakeholder communication and UAT/release experience.
• DevOps/CI-CD for Dynamics experience.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics/Power Platform/Azure)
• Power BI experience
