Offre d'emploi : Technicien(ne) en Éducatrice Spécialisée

Lieu : CISSS de la Gaspésie – RAC de Chandler

Dates : Du 9 novembre au 7 février 2026

Taux horaire : 34$/heure

Perdiem : 50$ par jour travaillé

KM et hébergement : pris en charge

Nous recherchons une Technicien(e) en éducation spécialisé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe en Gaspésie

Principales missions et responsabilités :

  • Évaluer les besoins, capacités et problématiques des usagers.
  • Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise à jour des plans d’intervention individualisés.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe interdisciplinaire (infirmiers, éducateurs, travailleurs sociaux, psychologues, etc.).

Intervention éducative et relationnelle :

  • Intervenir directement auprès des usagers dans leur milieu de vie pour favoriser l’adaptation, l’autonomie et la participation sociale.
  • Soutenir les usagers dans leurs activités quotidiennes (hygiène, loisirs, apprentissages, gestion des émotions, etc.).
  • Mettre en place des stratégies éducatives adaptées aux besoins spécifiques de chaque personne.
  • Assurer un climat de vie sain, sécuritaire et stimulant.

Suivi et évaluation :

  • Observer, analyser et documenter l’évolution des comportements et des progrès des usagers.
  • Rédiger des notes d’observation et des rapports d’évolution.
  • Participer aux rencontres cliniques et de suivi avec l’équipe de travail

Collaboration et communication :

  • Travailler en partenariat avec les familles, les proches et les autres intervenants du réseau.
  • Participer à la concertation interdisciplinaire et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques.

Encadrement et animation :

  • Organiser et animer des activités éducatives, sociales, sportives ou culturelles adaptées aux capacités des usagers.
  • Favoriser le développement des habiletés sociales et des compétences de vie quotidienne

Exigences

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en techniques d’éducation spécialisée ou équivalent reconnu.
  • Expérience auprès d’une clientèle présentant des troubles de comportement, de santé mentale ou une déficience intellectuelle (un atout).
  • Bon sens de l’observation, esprit d’équipe, autonomie et capacité d’adaptation.
  • Habiletés en communication et en intervention relationnelle.
  • Disponibilité pour un horaire variable (jour, soir, fins de semaine selon les besoins du service)..
