Select People Solutions is hiring a Production Technician / Warehouse Worker on behalf of our client located outside of Lethbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, fast-paced work and is comfortable supporting both production and warehouse operations.
Please note: This position is NOT located in Lethbridge and requires a daily commute. A valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory to be considered.

Compensation & Hours:
• The rate of pay will be $19 - $22/hr, depending on experience
• Might involve rotating shifts
Position Summary:
• Operate basic production machinery and equipment
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package, label, organize, and prepare products for shipment
• Sort and prepare materials for production and processing
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Complete production, quality, and inventory documentation
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production and warehouse areas
Required Qualifications:
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable personal vehicle are mandatory
• Previous production, warehouse, general labour, or similar experience
• Steel-toe boots and work gloves
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Comfortable with basic computer use and data entry
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Bonus Points For:
• Previous forklift experience or valid forklift certification
• Previous experience in an agricultural, manufacturing, or production environment
